Local Plumbers, Not a Franchise

DrainPro Plumbing Services is a family-owned plumbing and drainage business based in Werrington Downs, serving Penrith and the surrounding Western Sydney corridor. Founded and run by Daniel Ryan and Jad McQuillan, the business holds NSW Licence No. 338366C and carries $20 million in public liability cover.

We handle blocked drains, burst pipes, hot water systems and gas fitting for homes, businesses and strata buildings across Penrith, St Marys, Cranebrook, Glenmore Park and the Blue Mountains foothills.

There’s no head office in the city and no franchise agreement behind us. When you call DrainPro, you’re calling a business that operates out of Werrington Downs, run by two people whose kids go to school in the same area you live in.

What We Believe a Plumber Should Do

  • Tell you the truth about your problem.
    If your hot water system has three good years left, we’ll say so rather than sell you a new one. If your drain needs a camera down it before anyone quotes a repair, we’ll do that first.
  • Quote it before we touch it.
    Fixed price, agreed in writing, with no call-out fee. You’re never billed by the hour and you’re never surprised by the invoice.
  • Do it once.
    Every job carries our lifetime labour guarantee — if our workmanship fails, we come back and put it right at no cost, for as long as you own the property.
  • Leave it cleaner than we found it.
    Drop sheets down, boots off, and the mess leaves in our truck.
